Make instructions effortless
Tell guests exactly what happens after they scan: view the gallery, add photos, or open the wedding website. Keep the message short enough to read from a table.
Place more than one size
A welcome sign catches arrivals; table cards reach people when they are taking photos. Keep the same destination and wording across the set, and save a local project file with the final link.
Plan for the day after
Confirm how long the provider keeps the link active, whether guests need an account, and who can download or delete photos. Those rules belong to the destination provider, not the QR code.
